Privacy policy and cookie statement

ENR values careful handling of your personal data. By offering your data, you grant us permission to process your data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In this document, we state what kind of personal data we collect and how we use your data.

We are members of the trade association Kartoflex. Kartoflex is the association of Dutch manufacturers of paper and cardboard products and flexible packaging. What kinds of information do we collect?

We collect the following information you provide us with directly by using our services or contacting us through our website, via phone or e-mail or by granting us a business card during business meetings or fairs:

  • Company name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address

For which purposes do we process your data? 

ENR processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To be able to phone or e-mail you, if necessary, for conducting our services.
  • To inform you about changes in our services and products.

ENR shall not make decisions that produce significant adverse actions affecting the legal interests of individuals based solely on automated processing and the use of personal data.

Retainment of personal data

ENR will only retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes for which we collect your data.  If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters or other updates about our services, you can easily unsubscribe below every newsletter.

Sharing personal data with third parties
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties outside ENR and will only provide data to third parties if the execution of our agreement with you requires this, or to act in conformity with any binding legal obligations. 

Usage of cookies and other similar techniques
ENR uses technical and functional cookies and analytical cookies that do not violate your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone during your first visit to our website. The cookies we use are necessary for the proper technical functioning of the website and to enhance the usability by remembering your preferences. We can also use cookies to optimize our website. For this end, we use Google Analytics. We have a processing agreement with Google but do not share your data with Google or use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics. Your IP-address is anonymised by us.  You can unsubscribe from cookies by changing the settings of your browser. You can also opt to delete all previously stored information through your browser settings.

Inspection, correction or removal of your data

You have the right to inspect, correct or request the removal of your data. Furthermore, you have the right to withdraw your consent with regard to the processing of your data or to object against the processing of your data by ENR. You also have the right to have your data transferred to you. This means you can require us to transfer your data to you in a digital file to you or any other organisation at your explicit request.

You can send your request for inspection, correction, removal, and transfer of your personal data or your objection to the processing of your data to mail@enr.nl.

Safety and security

ENR has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures by using the latest technologies to protect your information against loss or unlawful processing. We use safeguards to help keep the information collected through our website and services secure.
